Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: June 4, 2026

Last Updated: June 4, 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs acceptable use of Seerist's AI features, including proposal generation, job match scoring, product URL analysis, service line suggestions, and related AI-assisted outputs.

Seerist is operated by Lyvena LC. By using Seerist, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

This policy exists to ensure Seerist's AI capabilities are used responsibly, lawfully, and in ways that respect third-party platforms, clients, and other users.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use Seerist's AI features to:

  • Generating proposals for legitimate job opportunities
  • Analyzing your own SaaS product's public website
  • Creating professional profiles and service identities
  • Building business development pipelines

All permitted uses assume you review and personalize AI-generated outputs before submitting them to clients, platforms, or prospects.

3. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Seerist or its AI features to:

  • Generating proposals for jobs you have no intention of fulfilling
  • Using AI to create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent proposals
  • Impersonating real companies, products, or individuals in proposals
  • Submitting AI-generated proposals without review or personalization
  • Using Seerist to apply to jobs in bulk in an automated, unreviewed manner
  • Violating the terms of service of any third-party platform (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Using the product URL feature to analyze competitor products without authorization
  • Using AI outputs to generate spam or unsolicited mass outreach
  • Attempting to manipulate AI outputs to produce harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
  • Using Seerist in any way that violates applicable laws

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination, depending on severity.

4. AI Content Moderation

We monitor for misuse patterns, including prohibited content generation, bulk unreviewed applications, deceptive proposal activity, and other signals that indicate AUP violations.

We reserve the right to review flagged accounts, inspect usage patterns, and take appropriate action when we reasonably believe this AUP has been violated.

Repeated AUP violations result in account termination. Severe or egregious violations may lead to immediate permanent termination without prior warning.

5. Reporting

If you become aware of any use of Seerist that violates this AUP, report it to info@seerist.xyz with "AUP Violation Report" in the subject line. Include as much detail as possible (account information, screenshots, URLs, and a description of the activity).

We investigate all reports within 5 business days and will take appropriate action if a violation is confirmed.

6. Enforcement

Unless a violation is severe enough to warrant immediate action, we apply the following enforcement framework:

  • First violation — written warning and required corrective action
  • Second violation — account suspension for a defined period
  • Third violation — permanent account termination without refund
  • Severe first violation — immediate permanent termination (e.g., fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, or platform manipulation at scale)

We may also report unlawful activity to applicable authorities. Questions about enforcement decisions can be directed to info@seerist.xyz.
