How does the Free plan work?

All core features are free. Add your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or xAI API key in settings to unlock AI features. You pay your AI provider directly — typically fractions of a cent per proposal.

What's the difference between BYOK and built-in AI?

With BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), you supply your own API key and pay your provider directly. With paid plans, Seerist's AI is built in — no keys to manage, no usage monitoring, no surprise costs. Just a flat monthly subscription.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are monthly, billed by Creem. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period.

What is Creem?

Creem is our payment processor and Merchant of Record. They handle payments, receipts, and tax compliance globally. Your payment details go to Creem, not to us.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the next billing period.
