By accessing or using Seerist ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Seerist provides AI-powered tools to help freelancers write proposals, analyze job postings, and manage their application pipeline. The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate content.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam or fraudulent content
• Misrepresent your qualifications to clients
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated proposals are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before sending it to clients. Seerist makes no guarantees about the accuracy or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Seerist is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
